Bluestone Lane Upper West Side Cafe

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was great, and the coffee was exceptional—truly a work of art. The atmosphere was perfect, and the customer service was outstanding. Bluestone is a fantastic spot for a laid-back breakfast, complete with a great soundtrack in the background. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the customer service is top-notch. My server, Olivia, was exceptional—friendly and incredibly accommodating. I highly recommend trying the Inbloom Protein PB and Blueberry Smoothie; it was absolutely delicious!

I love this cafe and visit a lot. If you're lucky enough to be there when Matty is working, he is the best server and brings the true Aussie experience! I always get an iced mocha and the avocado toast with a poached egg.Food: 5/5

Had the vegetarian big brekkie. Loved it.Edit: came back again for the rainbow bowl replaced the egg with the lemon garlic chicken and it was very fresh and yummy!!

We ended up not eating our breakfast bowls because we were still waiting for the toast, which took half an hour to arrive. When I told the waitress that my dish was not fresh and that I didn't want to eat it, she insisted that everything was fine and fresh, despite my concerns. Rather than removing the dish from the bill since I didn’t eat it, I left Bluestone Lane feeling hungry and disappointed. After this unpleasant experience and the lack of customer focus, I don’t think I will return. It makes me very sad because I used to recommend this place to all my friends.
