Beyond Sushi Mulberry St

I've never been crazy about vegan sushi, it hasn't really made me much sense, but beyond sushi has changed my mind about this completely

I was not with beyond sushi, as they have changed their menu and it was so good! Not only veggie rolls more, but many apps and interesting options. the decoration was also very cute. I loved it! highly recommended

The vegan sushi is good! but the cashew cheesecake dessert was the best!

I love the accessibility to all plant based places in NYC. The moment we entered we were reminded that the place was vegan. Which I think is great to be clarified to those that enter! The service was attentive, kind and quick. My boyfriend and I began with mugs of hot water. Then moving into ordering a few things to share. Fried Ch’kn Bao Ube Crunch Philadelphia Roll finishing with a Black Sesame Avocado Cookie. We shared these items alongside a bottle of sake. I asked our waitress for an unfiltered sake. They referred me to a bottle of Joto Junmai. I enjoy creamy sakes very much. The sweetness was wonderful with the items we had. I assumed that the total of all of this would be around $80, which was correct and wonderful in my opinion.

I cannot recommend beyond sushi enough! My all time fave is the mushroom shiitake truffle dumplings I literally could eat 10 orders as my meal it’s so good! I tried the spicy mang roll too, I preferred the dumplings but it was still good. I really look forward to coming back to try more of their options! Updated from previous review on 2022-04-07
