American Girl Place New York Cafe

Let’s face it, everything you could imagine and more for your doll and your daughters. It’s NYC, bring your money, we usually visit twice a year and always come out with bags. I wasn’t sure if open because everything going on, it’s a major outing, the trip, spending much of our day in your store. Our daughter treasures her dolls and accessories. We always allow her to invite a friend. We know it’s not every day Reality but much cheaper than going to Disney World. We always discussed about having lunch, however we keep kosher and not sure if they offered. Some complain where’s the sales help, and some would say leave us alone high pressure. It’s a much needed and welcomed respite for us. Thankful for store being there.

The store is amazing everything was decorated so nicely for the holidays and been prior also amazing decorations. Loved the hands on activities even during covid. Felt very safe and my daughter loved the whole experience.

Massive store at Rockefeller center. Each staff member that I had encountered assisted me above and beyond. Recommendations but not pushy to load me with merchandise to buy. Social distancing was observed. Cashier counters were wiped down after every transaction. (I watched staff clean while waiting on line to pay. Huge selection of well made dolls and accessories in stock. Neatly organized.

My 6 year old had a personal shopping appointment here and she never stopped smiling she smiled and shopped for an hour! Our personal shopper tour guide was amazing and really did a great job with being patient and teaching her about the dolls she ultimately picked a doll and accessories and set a date to return to visit the hair salon. Thank you for creating a great memory for my daughter.

An amazing place, especially for the holiday. Tremendous displays. Though.... this place is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!
