The Warren - New York

I stopped by for some drinks and was quite disappointed. The cocktails were uninspired; some even tasted medicinal and had a strange aftertaste. Maybe it was just an off day for the bar? The double fried chicken was cooked perfectly, but sadly it lacked flavor, as if the seasoning had been overlooked. On the positive side, the service was good and attentive. I really wanted to enjoy this place, but it just didn't meet my expectations.

Our server was very friendly, but I think management should consider better scheduling; she was the only server on duty for the evening and had to manage six tables. My friend asked for honey for her meal, but our server was so busy she didn’t get back to us, and we ended up finishing our dinner without it. The deviled eggs had a strong aftertaste of Dijon mustard. The twice-fried chicken was good, accompanied by a cabbage slaw, but the sweet potato fries were inconsistent in size, resulting in some being overcooked. On a positive note, the Pooty Tang cocktail was delicious!

I absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere, drinks, and appetizers we ordered were all incredible. If you're a fan of truffle, their mac and cheese is outstanding!

Everything was great: FOOD?had delicious double fried chicken Benedict. Everything in this dish was great (and I usually dont like fried chicken). My friends enjoyed their dishes too. DRINK?$8 for a brunch cocktail? ???????? SERVICE? our waitress wassuper nice. We went again for another brunch and it was great again.

Great food with great service. Visiting my uncle, a native New Yorker, he loves this place!
