The Grey Dog - New York

This is one of our preferred spots and is pet-friendly! When we requested to sit outside with our dog, they allowed us to bring our furry friend indoors instead. This is quite impressive as I have never encountered another pet-friendly restaurant that allows this. We enjoy coming here at any time of the day - the food is consistently fantastic and so is the service. We will definitely be returning customers.

The food, the decors and the atmosphere was so perfect. You order your food by the counter and they bring you your meal. Some might say it’s a small place but I think it was perfect. The place was pack so you know this was the hot spot. Didn’t take us long to grab a table for a party of five though. The food was delish and the portion was more than enough. Whenever I come back to New York I will def come here over and over again

This breakfast brunch spot is absolutely adorable. The decorations are charming and the food is delicious. The potato fries were particularly tasty! I ordered the french toast with scrambled eggs and it was fantastic.

I ordered a three-egg omelette with broccoli, cheddar, and mushrooms, which came with home fries and toast. The food was hot and flavorful, and the toast was thick and hearty. The bottomless coffee was also surprisingly good, unlike the weak coffee you often find in some diners. I highly recommend The Grey Dog for a satisfying breakfast or brunch experience.

20220417 After first test of negative, I got a relieve and decided to have a proper ‘avocado smash’, which I found the Americans really love. Arrived around 12:15, busy but I got my seat very quickly. Thick cup for hot coffee, good!
