The service here is incredibly polite, and they take their time when taking orders. They even let you sample the drink before preparing your tea, which is a nice touch that many other places don't offer. However, I was a bit disappointed with the size of the bobas, as they were too small, and I didn't taste enough coffee flavor in my coffee-based drink.

We also sampled the onigiri, which is prepared fresh right before your eyes. Unable to choose just one flavor, a staff member graciously made one of each variety and labeled the packages accordingly. She even provided gloves so we could enjoy them without getting our hands dirty, which was a nice gesture. Overall, the entire experience was delightful. If you find yourself in Chinatown, this place is a must-visit!

Expect a bit of a wait, as they prepare each cup of tea fresh and customize it to your liking, but it's definitely worth it! If you prefer a better balance between tea and milk, with a stronger tea flavor, this is the perfect spot for you! I've returned several times, and the quality has consistently been excellent. Tip for those who are lactose intolerant: they offer Lactaid milk. I absolutely love this place!

As a passionate fan of high-quality loose leaf Chinese and Taiwanese tea, I highly recommend this place if you're in search of great milk tea. The only downside is that the shop is quite small, allowing only one group inside at a time, which often leads to a line, but it's definitely worth the wait. My personal favorite is the Four Season Spring Oolong milk tea with 25% sweetness—it's my top pick for milk tea in NYC!

Be aware it will take VERY LONG TIME!!!! Good spot if you’re willing to WAIT! They take their time to adjust however you like on the spot which takes even longer.The worse thing is you’re behind the group of people have no clue about what they want and never bother to look at the menu even they’ve been in the line for long time ??‍??‍.Then good luck to spend extra 30+ mins just waiting they finish the orders.
