Sexy Taco - New York

I am giving this restaurant two stars because they were open during their scheduled business hours and the review was accurate. However, there are a few issues that need to be addressed. Firstly, they should not list items on their online menu that they do not actually serve, such as pfannkuchen. Secondly, when we arrived, the staff were still cleaning and there was a pile of dirt in the middle of the floor. Thirdly, when we ordered tacos, they were bland and lacking toppings like cheese and salad/tomatoes. The chicken was also soggy and poorly seasoned. Additionally, the side of rice and beans was disappointing as the beans were overcooked and the jasmine rice with curry powder is not a Mexican dish. I had high hopes for this new restaurant, but unfortunately, it fell short. Hopefully, they can improve as we really need a good taco place in the area.

If you're searching for a trendy restaurant to enjoy some delicious tacos, Sexy Taco is the place to be. The food is excellent, the drinks are top-notch, and the staff is friendly. The chicken tacos, Korean bbq tacos, chicken quesadilla, sexy mac, and calamari all taste fantastic. I've been here multiple times and the quality of the food has never disappointed. The decor is also very charming and perfect for taking pictures.

The drinks were good, and I enjoyed eating the rice. However, the customer service could be improved. During our visit, there was a birthday party and I wasn't sure if we were allowed to join or if we had accidentally crashed the party. My advice would be to call ahead to ensure separate accommodations for private events like birthday parties.

Eating was a little spicy for my taste, as always I ate it anyway. ?

I visited around Happy Hour.The tacos were amazingly fresh and delicious.I tried the fish tacos which were PHENOMENAL!!!The steak taco was also a well put together blend of bbq (tangy) and sweet. The nachos (about $20) were flavorful as well but needed more black beans and less cheese sauce in my opinion. I saw like 10 black beans lol.But let me get into the Steak BURRITO !!!! For about 20 dollars It was the best I’ve ever had. It was the Flavors for me the twist with the yellow rice. I loved it. Add guacamole and thank me later !We also had two glasses of rose.My least favorite was the chicken TacoI’ve given them 4 stars for:locationthe service (the waiter was pleasant)The food and the flavorThe music and atmosphereAnd price less than 100 for two.Nice place worth your Buck to have a midday meal
