The food is consistently excellent, delivered promptly, and I've never been let down.

I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. The person I spoke to on the phone was rude, and the food was unsatisfactory. Everything was dry and unappealing. I asked for hot sauce on my chicken, but instead, I received ketchup, which I despise. I also requested duck sauce, but they didn't include any with the dry rice. To make matters worse, they hung up on me twice. The cheese wontons were burnt, and the chicken was overcooked and hard. Overall, everything was extremely dry and unappetizing. I will definitely not be ordering from here again!

They deserve 0 star!!!! I called and made 5 orders and all accompanied with chicken wing. Got only 2 orders with chicken wing and the rest with non. WHERE IS MY CHICKEN WINGS???????? This is ridiculous.

They delivered to Long Island City which is great. Ordered the Four Seasons, Pork fried dumplings, Hot and Sour soup, Beef with Broccoli (pint sizes available) . Everything was cooked to perfection and delicious! Time to deliver to LIC was about 45 minutes so consider the timing depending on where you live. Also need to mention when the food arrived the delivery guy said cash only and I met him with a credit card and a $10 tip. Ran upstairs and luckily I had cash in my wallet.

This used to be my to go to spot for Chinese food until today. I always get a broccoli with garlic sauce it always hits the spot. Today I ordered and my broccoli had a piece of black hair wrapped around it. I know it isn’t my hair because my hair currently is red it was mixed in with the food. I called the restaurant and the lady was rude kept wanting to send me a new plate and I said I just wanted my money back lost my appetite. Let’s just say this is the last time I will be eating or ordering from there.
