Murray's Bagels - New York

This was an amazing bagel! The line was long but these guys work super quick. They have so many spreads for the bagel including tofu ones. I got the Woodstock bagel, yumm!

I was craving a avocado bagel on a Sunday morning and went into this place as it was highly recommended. Tried ‘The Mensch’ (No tomato) and it was one of the best bagels I have tried in New York. I had to wait 15-20 minutes as the way they make the orders is very manual and the ticket sequence might not always follow the number sequence. But the bagel is worth the wait.

I have no idea who decided that these are the best bagels in the area as they were really bad. The bun was dry and not crunchy at all. The bagel was missing more cream cheese and I assume love. The bagel with latkes was so greesy. Would not recommend at any costs, as it is also expensive. Paid for a classic one 18$

I advance ordered a dozen bagels to take to a friend who lives down South and an everything bagel with smoked salmon, capers, red onion and cream cheese and a Latte. for breakfast. The bagel was sesame, the coffee was cold and the counter staff was extremely rude. The bagels had not been carefully packed either, but rather just thrown helter skelter into a brown paper bag. So this was a really disappointing and over-priced experience with zero charm or service.

The bagels were delicious, but so inconvenient to eat. My friends and I were struggling to hold them, but the cream cheese was delicious nonetheless. I dont recommend if on the go, but I would come back for a simpler sandwich :
