Had dinner with my husband for my birthday, 1st time here (Will Not Be The Last) Terrific Awesome Super Cool The View is Spectacular and so is the Staff Our waiter, Eric,,, Attentive, Considerate, Kind Nice Funny The Food was Delicious!!! The trouble started while I was placing my order. The server seemed to have a limited understanding of the menu. I ordered the lobster eggs benedict with a fried egg instead of the poached one. When our meals arrived, I noticed the egg was still poached. I asked the server to confirm, and she assured me it was fried. However, I quickly realized it was indeed poached, so I removed it from my plate and placed it on a separate plate for my husband, who doesn’t mind poached eggs. In the meantime, I requested that the server replace it with a fried egg. A manager approached to address the mistake but insisted on taking the poached egg away. I told him it could stay since it would go to waste otherwise, and my husband could eat it. After all, it was their error, and I would end up waiting 15 more minutes for my meal while everyone else was already served. The manager was persistent about taking the poached egg, stating that we would be charged if we wanted to keep it. When the fried egg finally arrived, it was served without any hollandaise sauce. Additionally, our drink—which we had ordered before the food—was still not brought out. When I inquired about it at the bar, they quickly made it, suggesting they had simply forgotten. Overall, I found the customer service lacking. When they made a mistake, there was no empathy shown. Instead of charging us to keep the poached eggs, they could have just let my husband eat them since the order was wrong in the first place.

Tasty fish, I liked my grill red snapper very much! Amazing window seats where we enjoyed the sunset.

Great place with a beautiful view. Food, drinks and service was great. Made my Friday evening enjoyable : will be returning!
