Marble Downtown - New York

This restaurant is no longer in operation and should not be listed on OpenTable. I took a taxi across town to visit it, only to find the door open with employees inside who informed us that it was closed. The place had a terrible smell of smoke, and the staff's response to us was quite unprofessional.

New Year's Eve. The place was completely empty, which should have been a warning sign, but it was still early in the evening. The first two bottles of wine I ordered were unavailable, and the substitute they offered was mediocre at best. The salad was decent, but the entrées were of poor quality and not enjoyable. To top it off, rap music with explicit lyrics was playing throughout our visit. I had no idea Italians were into rap, especially the more unsavory lyrics. And just to be clear, I’m not prude. I really wouldn’t recommend this place!

Fantastic restaurant: they truly prioritize quality in their dishes. I visited on a rainy Monday evening with an old friend, and we couldn't have been more pleased.

I mean literally. that should have been a sign. but it was early. first 2 bottles wein I chose not to find them. offer a replacement that was at best mediocre. salat was good. the entries were bad and not good. Rap music with vulgaric lyrics played all the time. I didn't know italians were mainly in rap with disgusting lyrics and I'm not even a prude. Don't go!
