Horrible quality and outrageously overpriced. Roaches, and filthy- I’ve seen the staff return from the toilet and not wash their hands. The meat dishes are never fresh, they don’t know how to make drinks, and the Manager Mary is a nasty piece of work. There are better Chinese restaurants in the neighborhood, don’t waste your money on this terrible restaurant.
This place should be shut down. Dirty facilities, overpriced, consistently BAD QUALITY. FOOD (NOT AUTHENTIC I ordered the sizzling beef which was not fresh (you could tell the meat was previously frozen), terrible flavor. Most horrible of all is the manager Mary, who is a very nasty person does not understand customer service or hospitality, and runs the restaurant like an dictator automat. Extremely rude, bad service. So many other places on the Upper West Side better than this filthy restaurant. Save your money, do not patronize this dump.
Pick up the fish with picky sweet soup. they will not regret it! friendly and efficient staff. with good food.
Many people who reviewed this restaurant negatiw have ordered Chinese dishes well. Please note that this restaurant specialises in Szechuan food, which is really excellent. great quality, clean eating, great aromas. I don't care to order me to be sedated on this place; it would be as if it were to show Jean-Georges and ask for spaghettios.
