My fiancé and I dined here last night without a reservation. We were initially informed there would be a wait of an hour and ten minutes, but we were seated in just 25 minutes! We started with the jumbo cocktail shrimp, ordered Bok Choy as a side, and shared the prime rib. The cocktail shrimp were simply the best we've ever had! The mashed potatoes that accompanied the prime rib were also delicious. To top off our meal, we indulged in a generous dessert of vanilla ice cream topped with tasty pecans and whipped cream. We enjoyed drinks as well; my Moscow mule was fantastic, and our waiter Matthew recommended a Cabernet for my fiancé, which we both loved! We will definitely be returning!

We spent some time at the bar enjoying drinks and appetizers. The bar staff is exceptional! The service is refined without feeling snobbish. The cocktails, some made with freshly squeezed juice, are superb, as is the wine selection. We always get the famous spinach and artichoke dip along with an impressive shrimp cocktail. The atmosphere is fantastic. Tess is a true gem behind the bar.

Oustanding food, service, staff, attention to detail, lighting/ambience....hands down best spot in Manhattan! Cannot rate Hillstone Park Ave S high enough. Trust me, dine here!

The best Veggie Burger ever. I've been a vegetarian for a long time and this is a great place for meat eaters and vegetarians to commune over meal without sacrificing delishness and enjoyment.
