Grunauer Bistro - New York

We have been to this restaurant several times and every time, it is excellent. We always seem to get the same waiter who’s name is Stash. He is extremely knowledgeable of the way the food is prepared and also of all the wines that are offered. I highly recommend this establishment

Our original plans for Saturday night were cancelled, and we stumbled upon Grunauer Bistro while looking through Open Table reviews. How right they were! This restaurant is a true gem authentic through and through, from the food, to the waiters, to the ambiance what a treat! We ordered the Wienerschnitzel and the Sauerbraten both were outstanding! Our waiter, Stanislav, was very knowledgeable about the wine and beer list, and made great suggestions for us. What a great find we will be back

Lovely experience. Arrived at in time for the price fixe. Setting sunshine was streaming into the restaurant, elegant ambiance, superb service, delicious food. Will definitely go again
