Del Frisco's Grille World Trade Center

Went for an early New Years Eve dinner with friends. We typically visit Del Friscos Double Eagle near Radio City. Del Friscos Grill on Vessy Street was a wonderful, more casual alternative. Food was great and the service was even better. Our server, Osaggy (definitely not spelled correctly but pronounced like this) was AMAZING! He was attentive, but not annoying, caring, suggestive, and most importantly, friendly. We would definitely come back and would definitely request sitting in Osaggy’s section. Thank you for a great New Years Eve dinner!

I loved our waiter Miguel but I was really upset about the Portion size of the short rib. I saw a female chef in the kitchen. I think they were not prepared to handle all the short rib orders. I took a picture. It was a Special Xmas menu and we were a party of 7. I was in total shock about the short rib. I didn’t want to make a scene given the circumstances but I will not return.

Not bad, but not great. del friscos always felt more uplifting, but it seems to have lost a bit of it. Eating was okay. the waiter was good enough. bartender was great. overall, not bad, but not to the level I expected from df.

Service and drinks were very good. Ambience was nice, we ate upstairs, though music was a bit loud. Just went for a small bite. Hamburger was tiny and dry (I asked for medium), wedge salad didn't have a whole heck of a lot to it.

Perfect Wednesday night afterwork get together I walked in to a vibrant, friendly and energetic. Shout out to Ada and team amazing smiles all around and very hospitable.. I enjoyed a perfectly made vodka Gimlet at the bar while awaiting for my party to be seated for dinner. There was a good trusted flow with the Staff 5 5 Music and ambience perfect enough to have a conversation without yelling also very clean utensils and areas 5 5 Food to price ribeye had some good fats and perfectly rubbed ordered 2 of that with a few sides (asparagus’ mash potatoes Mac and cheese though wished it was 20 percent more cheesy) 4 5 Definitely return for a rematch overall very good experience!! Your stomach will thank me Yum yum approved !! Jackson
