Im a frequent customer of this bubble tea branch but I haven’t post a review for them. I went to a different Coco branch today and had a terrible experience. Made me really appreciate the attentiveness and friendliness from this branch. Thank you so much for your service .

I come here all the time for a drink and this girl constantly messes up my order. It’s understandable if it’s once but it’s more than once.

Went to get a tea and heard the manage speak to an employee rudely. The employee was very helpful and always service with a smile. I hope she does not speak to others in that tone. Thats why I gave this a 2 stars.

The tea was enjoyable, although I found it frustrating to wait at the counter for almost 10 minutes with no one in front of me while the staff chatted with friends. When the employee finally acknowledged me and took my order, he seemed annoyed. It was a strange atmosphere with random people coming behind the bar. This restaurant may be great if you are friends with the staff, but for regular customers, it was a rude experience.
