Clove Indian Rest. - New York

I had a negative experience at Clove restaurant when I was asked to move to another table after already starting my meal so they could seat a party of 5. The manager, Taslima, insisted that I move even though only 2 of the 5 people were present. When I said I was almost finished eating, she got into an argument with me. It's not professional to treat customers this way. Typically, restaurants don't seat a party until all members are present, so I'm not sure what was going on at Clove.

The food and service at this restaurant are exceptional. You won't find a better experience for enjoying Indian cuisine!

I don't usually write reviews, but I absolutely adore Clove. I have never eaten in the restaurant, but I frequently order takeout and delivery. The service is quick, the food is incredibly tasty, and the staff are always friendly when I pick up my order in person.

I love this place hospitable people and great service. My first time in NY and they treated us w respect.

Possibly the best goat curry I’ve ever had, absolutely delicious and I try to go back for it regularly.
