Chipotle Mexican Grill - New York

Has been a long time I haven't been in Chipotle so I asked the girl at the register to help me in understanding how does the ball work she responded twice incredibly rude order over there. I waited in a line when there was no one in the restaurants. I will never ever go back.

I've been to this Chipotle twice now. Both times, I've felt just absolutely horrible the next day.

The tall female is very very rude and disrespectful. That should be aloud in the fast food industry. Card reader wasn?t working and she was very nasty to customers. One of them females told us to write our card numbers down and she will charger later . That?s illegal to say or do . The Spanish manger did absolutely nothing

If I could provide no stars I would. The tall woman is very rude. She should get fired. She is nasty and has a lot of attitude, I?m never coming back here again. When I asked for her name, she said she didn?t have a name. I wanted to report her to corporate but unfortunately she didn?t want to provide her name. She?s rude to the customers and it seems like she?s rude to her staff as well. 0/10 recomend this establishment.

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. The counter was extremely dirty, with a female employee cleaning it and letting food from her rag fall onto the food. I ordered a carnitas burrito bowl with fajitas on the side, but they forgot my fajitas. When I went back to ask for them, the employee rolled her eyes at me. One of the female employees had a nasty attitude. When I asked for lemon, another female employee responded with a rude "nah". Five minutes later, the lemon bucket was refilled. What is going on with this Chipotle? It is super unprofessional.
