When I finally reached the front, there was almost nothing left to order, but no one informed me that they were out of certain items. The person in front of me ended up leaving. The servers were friendly, but it was frustrating that they were so busy yet almost out of everything. I ended up paying full price for a bowl of rice and beans. I emailed Chipotle about my experience but have not received a response yet.
The employees at this restaurant were extremely rude and made me feel unwelcome. They initially told me there was no more guacamole, but then brought out more and started serving other customers while I was still paying. I will not be returning to this location.
The staff appears unhappy. There is always a long line, so avoid visiting between 12-2:30PM. I had to wait 20 minutes past my pick up time and didn't receive utensils, even after asking. I received a small portion of food and the place is very cramped.
Had a terrible experience at this place. Made an order online,when I got to the store there were a huge line waiting for pick up orders. I waited for my for an hour and it never arrived, wasted my lunch hour,my money and did not get food. All Chipotleemployees did not help at all. Don't this I will ever order from Chipotle.
I?ve gone here three times in the last 3 weeks at ~11:30am each time and they weren?t open, despite the opening time being listed as 10:45. Not sure why. That said, when it is open they do a pretty good job, albeit sometimes slow and seeminglyunderstaffed
