Chipotle Mexican Grill - New York

The grill was dirty. it had burned food. the food presentation was terrible. the top was not laid firmly on my side of the acid cream and it was spilled on everything. but I bought bc, I had to hurry back to work.

Sign on the door says load opens at 10:45a. here I am around 11:38a on the wrong side of a closed door, while the workers avoid eye contact on the inside. have the opening times of the filiale changed, how about a simple note on the door?

The food was good as it is normally, but they had no ice so that the soda was warm and also flat and seemed to water down.

Probably the least clean looking servier counter I've ever seen in a chipotle. eating was everywhere and server was not very friendly. it doesn't seem like it's very well managed and she commanded the wrong people. but my food was okay.

Slow, SLOW, and did I say slow?! For a Manhattan location the wait is disgusting and they are not understaffed. The staff here is rude, nasty, and answer you back smart. 4 of them are sitting in the back on their phones when there's a lot of people in line. Like really? I won't be back here.
