Rude Woman at the register. WE DON 'T DO THAT!! All I wanted was my fried chicken served 'DRY and the sauce on the side. WE DON 'T DO THAT! So I ask, I can 't dip my chicken in the sauce on the side, I have to have it served to me with the sauce poured over the chicken, thus not making it crispy any longer?! That 's right she said, WE DON 'T DO THAT! Just a stupid rule. I left.

I absolutely loved my visit. The Korean fried chicken was perfectly crunchy and sticky, the kimchi is ripe, but balanced--not too sour, and the pickled radish is perfect to cut through the heaviness of the fried chicken. I recommend half and half unless you just can't handle any spice. The regular soy garlic sauce is delightful. The staff are super friendly as well!

The Lunch Special I got today, Wednesday 7/12/23 was terrible. I got 4 wings 2 drumsticks french fries. The chicken was super greasy and tasted like refried and I had to throw away the fries because they were too greasy and tasted liked they were fried in old, rancid oil.I had previously bought lunch at this place on a few occasions in the past and never had any complain until today. Today, I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the food. I don 't mind paying expensive price if the food has good quality but I hate paying expensive price for low quality food.

Everything you get at Bonchon is amazing, but the chicken wings are remarkable! They’ve mastered crispy and juicy wings with amazingly flavorful Soy Garlic, as well as truly spicy Hot wings. The staff at this location is fast and friendly every single time we’ve visited, which is many. Definitely a must-visit!!!Food: 5/5

After having a lackluster food experience at another restaurant prior, I was looking forward to a meal at Bonchon because the menu looked absolutely promising. My friend I ordered their spicy dumplings (recommend), pork buns, bulgogi rice, kimchi and japchae. The meal was delicious, the service was friendly and prompt and we enjoyed that on a Saturday night, it wasn’t too crowded with us being the second customers that were dining in. I highly recommend stopping by and trying their dumplings in spicy if you like a good spice.I will be back to try more of their food items!
