I ordered the Mona Lisa sandwich and it was the most disappointing Italian sandwich I've ever eaten. There was hardly any eggplant and it lacked any flavor. Additionally, the prices were high. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

This small sandwich shop stands out for the quality of their meats, cheeses, and breads. The establishment is very modest with limited seating for only a few guests. Sometimes they may run out of certain breads, indicated by a sign taped to the door. Despite its simplicity, the focus on top-notch sandwiches is evident. The breads have a crispy exterior reminiscent of a freshly baked loaf, with the option to upgrade to semolina bread for an additional charge. The meats are sliced to order, ensuring freshness. The olive paste and hot pepper spread are recommended additions to any sandwich, especially the Matthew or Pinocchio (for an extra charge).

Just had the Michelangelo sandwich. It was fresh and delicious. Courteous service. Young man made a good sandwich. Worth the money.

Terrific Italian sandwiches. If you go early enough, they have multiple bread options, each of which is good in its own right, but some of which are more conducive to certain sandwiches. The menu is long (a little intimidatingly so), but they will alsomake one from any combination of their ingredients. In the summer, there are a couple small tables out front; in the winter,it?ll have to be to-go. Either way, it?s worth going.

The restaurant was average. The coffee was decent and the service was fine. However, it was apparent that they were hoping for a bigger tip.
