Przekaż informację zwrotnąI have been going to this Tim Hortons for the pass 5 years I have had few bad customers service experience in the past but not compare to today.,This lady taking my order was so rude made a common about me in her language which I understood and when I went to confront she was not there and manager Nim who was supervisor not manager she lied didn’t do anything about it. They should be train to be polite and understand some people have accent and shouldn’t make fun of them which she did I will never go to this Tim Hortons again they have lost value able customer.
I have been going to this Tim Hortons for past 5years I have had few bad experiences in the past but not compare to today this lady was taking my order was so rude when I ordered she mimick my accent more then once when I said that’s not acceptable she cut of ,of me and when I confronted the lady who I spoke with said said she is the manager (name nim,nimirita)actually was supervisor ,lied to me I’m not going to this location ever again they lost the valuable customer
I got stupidly high from cannabis and throughly wanted a juicy chocolate honey cruller. I ordered off Uber Eats. When it arrived, I've never been so sad in my high times life.... no chocolate honey cruller but in fact a regular chocolate dipped donut.. my nights been ruined.
Tim Hortons at Queensborough Landing is one of my favourite places to go, the staff are very friendly, they know you when you come in and are always there to give you a smile and take your order. They also help if you have problems, walking and taking your tray to a table. A really nice place to go even on the weekend.
At around 2:10pm I was at the drive through with my mother. Sahil at this location gave attitude towards my mother and I. First she insisted on giving us the wrong order as she was rushing and got mad and blamed my mom after my mom said that this isn 't our order. Then Sahil said something like Can you speak up? I literally can 't hear anything you 're saying with attitude to me when she asked what our order was, I was clearly trying to communicate with my mother... not her. Someone else at the window had to give us a refund.
