Pho Chan - New Westminster

Pretty good, I have to say. eating was hot and well presented. apply from time to time to my own menu, the service is in order. they do all Kovid protocols btw, so be not surprised. fit the parking space. some spots are only 15 minutes and they will be a ticket (mark on the door)

Great food. nice staff. had the normal pho, the woman had the satte pho. both are excellent. will surely come back! had a banh mi for the lunch the next day very good, especially the meat. was twice we love the restaurant and will be back. for the first time, they ran out of basilikum and jalapeños no big thing. I saw the people who sit in front of us, they got basilikum (not sure about jalapeños.) we have our contingent, no basilikum or jalapeños. the table sits after us and sits over the gang? they have basilikum with their seasons! we asked that they just ran out. how do they run out for us and find basilikum for the people after us? we will definitely eat again is great and the people are friendly. probably will bring our own basilikum and jalapeños.

My friend and I came an hour before they closed and asked if they were still open to eat and they said yes. Once the server sat, they gave us a menu and asked what we would like to order. we had to order it immediately. (we were not even given 2 seconds to read the menu.) we understood that they are closed at an hour and therefore we asked if they are still open. as in the rule, the kitchen closes 30 minutes before closing. So we were surprised that they said yes, then we did not leave the time to read the menu. we quickly searched and ordered the menu. overall the early roll, Vermicilli peel, pho and bahn mi tasted good. unfortunately the service really ruined the meal for us! when we were finished eating, we were looking for the server so we could ask for withdrawal boxes and the bill. we did not see our server, we only saw another person sitting in one standing. we looked at the dame all the time and waited. we thought she worked there, but every time we had eye contact, she didn't come up. so we waited further. After about 10 minutes, she stood up and told us they were closed and we had to hurry. we said we would like to take the bill and crates out. she only brought us a small phoshell for everything and seemed upset when I asked for two, so I could sigh the Vermicelli shell from the track, as both would not fit into a Pho shell. she gave me two crates. When I opened one, it was dirty. my friend and I understood that they were to end in an hour, but for them not to check on us and not to be the bill. then, when they get to annoy us, have they closed and we have to hurry? it has definitiw ruined how good eating had tasted before this experience!

Her pho was great in the past, but it has changed lately. the phobic is extremely bland. absolutely no taste. that's surprising because I don't think I ever had bad pho in every Vietnamese place until here. a shame because she was great before. not sure why they decided to change their formula. the service is also terrible. it is not worth coming back here.

Stopped in this little place for a quick bite. Wow! Not disappointed!! Both had the Lemongrass Chicken with spring roll 30) and it was awesome!! Tasty, fresh and lots of chicken. Great flavours, unobtrusive service,,,will be back for sure!
