Amaranthus - New Westminster

I will definitely go back! The food was very tasty and the portion sizes were good. It's a weird ambiance because of it's situation in the New Westminster Quay. Service is on compostable plates with wooden utensils. Highly recommend the beet risotto! Delish!

I had the best vegetarian food here to date! The arugala salad had a wonderful vinigrette and the perfect amount of vegan cheese. The main course I chose which consisted of a cauliflower steak over a bean puree was amazing. To finish it off I had a chocolate cake which was rich but light. I would definitely eat here again!

The food on the dineout menu was exceptional. I would love to go back. I was caught of guard by the service of food in disposable containers and didn't enjoy using a wooden fork. However, the food was absolutely amazing and as a result I would go back.
