@SUBWAY in New Ulm, MN took my order on the app, declined the order for some unknown reason. Manager Amanda said she can't do anything about it and if I come into the store, she will call the police! I'm out $25 and no dinner. Where's the customer service?!
Mobile order was not done at requested time and the order was wrong.
Good food as usual, friendly staff, and very clean environment. Only complaint was how they put ice into the fountain machine, was very loud. Staff did apologize.
Awkward location; no where to turn around. The drive thru was down so we went in which was fine. Pretty decent speed of service based on the long line. The condiments staff put an insane amount of mayo on my sub and same with my son's honey mustard. The new 12 inch cookie was delicious! ?
