Tzuchi Hospital Food Court

I love this place. it has no hospital feeling, it looks like a regular food dish, except that everything is vegetarian. there is great buffet, fresh juice shop, pizza place and traditional Taiwanese stand. I often come here for lunch. in the summer days they lay out tables. love it!

The idea of a vegetarian hospital is fantastic, and I always come here for my health tests and dental work. where else do they find an allvegetarian dieucks? the sick house is modern and clean, and I find all the staff, including the many volunteers, very friendly and helpful to be, and welcome foreigners who do not speak English. the only problem is that while the benevolent work of tzu chi is amazing, they just don't seem to have expanded their feeling on milk cows (yes,) and very little of the food in the food is vegan. And if they don't speak Chinese, it's very difficult to communicate that they don't want milk products (as in fake meat) so that the only possibility is to go to the buffet. if they prefer not to dine in a sick house, then I recommend to them to go in the nearby filiale (about ten minutes to foot) for much the same eating in a more beautiful environment.

I absolutely adore this restaurant. It doesn't have a sterile, institutional feel - it looks like a typical eatery, but with all vegetarian options. They offer a wide selection of items at the buffet, as well as fresh juice stands, a pizza counter, and a traditional Taiwanese food vendor. I frequently visit for lunch and love sitting outside at their patio tables during the summer. It's fantastic!
