The location of this hotel and spa is absolutely perfect. Situated at the end of Flagler Avenue, just before the bridge, you can easily walk to any of the shops or restaurants along the street. The hotel provides bikes for guests to explore the neighborhood beyond Flagler Avenue, including the beach. There is also a pool on the property. Guests receive a complimentary breakfast at the adjacent Mermaid Cafe, which offers delicious food on their menu. While the hotel was built in the 1800s and does not have a luxury feel, it does have a beautiful sitting room, a cozy breakfast area, complimentary coffee and tea, and a lovely pool area. The spa is also highly recommended for booking appointments and enjoying the services offered. This is the go-to spot for me when I need to spend a few days in New Smyrna Beach.

During our three-night stay in New Smyrna Beach, we had a great time exploring the area. The hotel was conveniently located next to a waterfront restaurant and had a spa on the property. The bonus of receiving free breakfast coupons for The Mermaid Cafe nearby was a nice touch.

I always enjoy visiting this restaurant. The service is great and the atmosphere is clean. I love that it is conveniently located near the Mermaid Cafe, one of our favorite dining spots when we visit from the nearby villages.

My Son bought our whole family massages for Christmas. We came for a family relaxation experience including my Mom and were treated so nice.This is a great place to have a family experience.

Hotel needs a major renovation. Beds are old and uncomfortable. Bathroons are very small, but location is great. Used to sit on balcony with curtains and have breakfast BUT CURTAINS ARE GONE AND BREAKFAST IS NEXG DOOR ONLY. Lost a great romantic touch.
