Chase Group Inc - New Smyrna Beach

The hostesses and waitresses at the restaurant were beautiful and friendly, but unfortunately, everything else was not up to standard. The service was poor, with long wait times to take our order, no water, and no offer of another drink. The food was also disappointing, with raw groupers that had to be sent back to be cooked, thin and overripe tomatoes, and bland cole slaw. However, the fries and vodka drink were very good. The prices were normal for the area, but there are many other great options in the city for the same price. On the plus side, the location right on the beach is great for those seeking a beachfront dining experience. Overall, I will not be returning to this restaurant.

We stopped by for a daytime and late snack at this restaurant. The food was excellent and the servers were friendly. The drinks were also good. It can get very busy on beautiful days, so expect to wait a bit. Make sure to check in with the hostess for a table. We witnessed some guests who had come from the beach and tried to bypass the line by sitting down without being seated. The hostess, who was clearly overwhelmed with seven parties ahead of them, had to remind them to wait their turn. It was disappointing to see them disregard the rules and not show any consideration for others. Hopefully, they don't treat their children the same way they treated the staff. It's not something to laugh about.

We expected a typical beach type location. but eating was bad. more spiced from seafood and overpriced at $26. chardonnay was bitter and served in the dentist plastic cup. go here for drinks maybe not weeping.) but not eating!

Love that you can walk directly on the beach and find a place for a cold drink and snack. please ask them all to wear a kind of shoes. I know that this is on the beach, but flip-flops on the minimum is acceptable, not mere feet. really enjoyed people watching, eating tacos and a cocktail. the waitress didn't know what was the drink speciality, so we had to show her the menu board. other than that, nothing great, but a well-founded place to eat a bite and take a drink.

During our first night in New Smyrna Beach, we discovered Chase's restaurant and were amazed that we hadn't heard of it during our research of the area. The restaurant boasts a fantastic oceanfront deck and we were impressed by the excellent service and delicious food. We are looking forward to returning in the future!
