I would like to express my gratitude for the fantastic pizza! The employees were extremely helpful in assisting me in selecting the ideal toppings. The medium special with fries and cookies was a pleasant surprise! It was truly a delightful experience! I cannot wait to return next year! Keep up the excellent work!
I recently placed an order at this restaurant, but unfortunately, there was a delay in preparing my food. I was asked to come back later but when I returned, my order still wasn't ready. The staff member was not very friendly and this frustrated me even more, especially since it was over 45 minutes past the original pick-up time. After requesting to speak to the manager, he eventually came and quickly resolved the situation. He apologized and promised to address the issue with his staff regarding customer service. Later in the week, I received an email from the manager apologizing again and offering an explanation for the delay, inviting me to return. Understanding the challenges of working in food service, I decided to give them another chance. The second visit was a complete turnaround, with excellent customer service that exceeded my expectations. We all have our off days, and I appreciate the manager's efforts to improve the experience. I look forward to dining here again in the future.

Although I was slightly displeased, I understand that these things can happen. When I returned, I was informed that my order still wasn't ready. The young girl who assisted me was rude and provided poor customer service, which frustrated me especially since it was over 45 minutes past my original pick-up time. I requested to speak to the manager, and after a short wait, the manager came to address the situation. He quickly resolved the issue and apologized sincerely. I left the restaurant feeling much happier, as the manager assured me that he would discuss the importance of customer service with the staff. Later in the week, I received an email from what I assume to be the store manager, apologizing again and explaining the circumstances of that day. I was also invited to give the restaurant another try. Understanding the challenges of working in the food service industry, I decided to take them up on their offer. The customer service during my second visit was outstanding, in fact, it was the best service I have ever experienced at any establishment. Everyone has bad days, and I appreciate the effort of the restaurant to make things right. I look forward to returning in the future.
