I am in town visiting family, so 6 of us stopped by for dinnerThe ambiance was nice, but it seemed at though they needed more servers.

Had a wonderful dinner here in this charming little Seafood restaurantThe place exudes charm and is very cleverly decorated in maritime decor.

So charming so yummy! I will keep coming back to this place for years to come. Classic!

We sampled this restaurant on our first night vacationing in Maria Quebec. We arrived around 7:45 to find it packed, which we thought was a good sign. I highly recommend reserving in well in advance. We were told that it would be about an hour wait but the owner advised that they would continue service until there were no longer any patrons and to come back then. We saw some of the neighbourhood and came back in less than 40 minutes, only to be told by the same gentleman that they were accepting no other patrons. When my wife reminded him of our earlier discussion, they made accommodations for us (honestly he had a strange sense of humour so am still unsure if he was just trying to be funny). That said, we were seated at a table that needs to be cleared. 20 minutes later it was. The waitress was very kind and helpful, but clearly under pressure as it appeared to be her, the owner, and one other staff person addressing all the service. We ordered a bouillabaisse type meal for 2 which was very good (although the lobster was a little tough) but took another 20-30 minutes to receive. At the end of the meal, it took another 20-30 minutes to get the bill after we asked for it. Get the picture? Excellent restaurant but could use more staff to take the pressure off of those there and improve the overall experience.

This place has been recommended to me by my parents. Whenever they are in the area, they make sure to come by this restaurant at least once either for breakfast, lunch or diner. I was on my way back from seing the Mount Saint-Joseph and decided to stop for lunch and was not disapointed. At 1pm, the place was busy but not loud. The service was impecable and my table looked out to the sea. I had a "filet de sole" and WOW! Fresh, the fish melted in my mouth. I took the time to sip a coffee and there was no rush for me to leave. I'd gladly return to this restaurant as the menu is good and many dishes I'd love to try. Taking a walk on the walkway along the sea (located right opposite the restaurant) provides a nice chilled out way to end your meal.
