Royal India Brasserie - New Quay

Absolutely brilliant! Our group of 17 arrived after making a reservation just two hours prior, and they handled everything perfectly. They managed our payments for one large table very efficiently. The food arrived almost all at once and was hot, fresh, and delicious! We had to wait a little, but it wasn't too long. I would definitely recommend this place!

We had a nice dining experience with quick service. The staff was very attentive. However, there was a small issue when we received the bill; they only offered us two mint candies even though we were a party of five, including three children. It may seem trivial, but it really bothered my husband. The staff apologized for the oversight and handled the situation well, even giving us some extra chocolate. In the end, we left a 10% tip and felt satisfied overall.

The food was acceptable, the service was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice eating, friendly and careful staff. I had my 3 year old nephews with me and they ensured that he was not given or near a little hot and offered him a chocolate when he was eating all his dinner! small but very friendly gestures.

A small menu, but well cooked and served. All meals were generously sized and well spiced. No licence for the restaurant, so be happy with soft drinks. Paper knapkins could do with an upgrade to linen variety. Excellent service.
