The grilled chicken wasn't actually grilled and lacked any flavor. However, the salad was quite good!

I frequent this place several times a week because I haven't found a better selection of salads anywhere nearby. You can create your own salad by choosing your preferred base of greens, and then you have the option to add ingredients like hearts of palm, grass-fed steak, or wild-caught shrimp. The staff takes your ingredient selections, combines them in a container, and then chops everything up while mixing in the dressing just for you. Be prepared for potentially long lines; it can take around 5 to 15 minutes to get your salad, so factor that into your visit. Additionally, the parking lot is narrow and often crowded, so keep that in mind if you're in a rush.

This afternoon, Tawana prepared my salad, and I just want to say thank you! It was absolutely perfect. She was friendly and made my salad exactly how I requested it—classic Cobb with a substitution of chicken for shrimp, plus the addition of fried onions (which you definitely have to try sometime!). All the ingredients were fresh, the shrimp were clean, and the salad was nice and crisp. The rest of the team was also very friendly. I'll definitely be back!

The Mexican Caesar Salad is absolutely fantastic! Whoever prepared it today did an incredible job; it was perfect. The greens are incredibly fresh, and the chicken is superb. Delicious!!!

The Harvest Bowl was fantastic! However, the salad is often quite inconsistent.
