This restaurant has remained unchanged for nearly 30 years, making it one of the last true BBQ spots around! I've been dining here since childhood, and it’s one of the few places in New Port Richey that feels like home. The pig plate features a generous portion of tender, melt-in-your-mouth meat, complemented by a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce. Their wings are distinctive, featuring a delightful crispy Parmesan coating. The baked beans and potato salad are also fantastic! The prices are very reasonable for such high-quality food, and the service is outstanding. I can't recommend this place enough! If you're new to the area and looking for an authentic BBQ experience that isn't part of a chain, this is definitely the place to try!

I rated this restaurant three stars because the staff is fantastic. However, the food is a different matter. It’s definitely not worth the price. My meal arrived cold, even though I had just ordered it. It felt like the dishes were just pulled from a drawer and quickly heated on the grill. I wasn't impressed, especially considering my food was served cold. I understand that prices are rising due to inflation, but the quality should match the cost! I should have just gone to Sonny's instead; I would have saved money and received much more food!
