Mr Pastrami Npr - New Port Richey

Determined to try pastrami based on previous reviews. I ordered the pastrami sandwich on roggen. the pastrami was very fat, nothing worse than soggy brot to fill it. No thanks, very disappointed.

The new food car is beautifully built. Mr.Pastrami still manages to eat excellent food. our steak n cheese was a and the pommes were perfect!

I want to start by praising the owners of Mr. Pastrami, Mom and Pops. This deli has a New York vibe that I love. The menu is simple and the staff are friendly. My favorite dish is 'The Avocado' - if you want to mix it up, try adding some Roasted Turkey. The combination is incredibly refreshing.

We devoured our sandwich so quickly that we didn't even have time to snap a picture! The corned beef pastrami Russian coleslaw Swiss on rye was delicious, as were the new dill pickle and potato knish. The restaurant makes almost everything in-house, except maybe the bread. As someone from Detroit who frequently visits New York, I can say that this place is as good as it gets in this area. Some of their items might even give NYC a run for its money!
