I had placed an online order for two coffees and three heart-shaped donuts for Valentine's Day. I received my coffees but not the donuts. I waited patiently for a few minutes while the employees glanced at me repeatedly without making any effort to check if I needed help. Eventually, I approached one of the associates, who seemed preoccupied with an order on the computer. I began to explain my situation, but she abruptly interrupted me mid-sentence to finish what she was doing. Once she finally asked what my issue was, I informed her that I hadn’t received my donuts. She responded that they weren't in the pickup basket because they didn't have any available. I questioned how I was supposed to know that, considering they were displayed online. I wondered if there was any indication that they were out of stock. Instead of addressing my concern, she rudely cut me off to ask which donuts I wanted instead. I work for a company that emphasizes excellent customer service, and this location falls far short of that standard. Ignoring customers and failing to fulfill orders is not acceptable when it comes to customer service.
I recently waited in line at this restaurant and noticed something concerning in the kitchen area. A female employee was not wearing a mask and was seen rubbing her nose with her bare hand. It seems like they struggle to manage the orders inside while also taking care of the drive-thru service. Additionally, the current staff seem to have a negative attitude. I've been coming here for years, and I hope they improve their service soon.
Sunday mornings are always busy here, but the employees always smile and are extremely personal. It was refreshing this morning when I ordered and saw the employee's smile. Keep the big customer service DD!
I always ordered Frozen coffee Mocha and caramel, but they always gave me different coffee i am discouraged about the DD here in New port richey, nothing else good in there. It happened like most of the time gave me different frozen coffee. The place if messed up.
