First off I would like to say that this business is part of supporting our Foster Children with their patron and employee donations of backpacks and christmas gifts during our annual runs. The staff is friendly, I enjoy watching football while having one of their great burgers. Patrons are just as friendly, its family.
Just had the worst experience ever at Bourbon On Main, a place I go every single week and recommend to people constantly. An embarrassing display by your weekend GM, I genuinely understand weekends are busy and loud, but if you can't fix two issues of poor food quality/your waitress taking the wrong order, idk if that is the position for you lol.Absolute shame, genuinely one of my favorite restaurants where I recommend to out of towners looking for good food. I honestly don't think I'll be doing that any longer, I don't think I can put my support behind a business that would have a policy like that.Really a shame, I never like doing this. I write amazing, positive reviews for local businesses and do all I can to uplift them, but I feel obligated to speak out about how horrible this way.Never thought I'd be this mad about a local restaurant I love and support acting this way but I guess it is what it is. I'd have some genuine concern recommending them again after this unless something is done. Your GM coming up and disrespecting customers, asking THEM to take a loss for the fact your staff messed up an order (after an absolutely bone dry chicken sandwich I had to send back because it was disgusting) is borderlines unacceptable.Oh well, I had to say something. I highly recommend staying AWAY from here on weekend nights if this is believed to be the way customers should be treated. Gross honestly, very gross.
I go there sometimes for the music and it's usually okay. So it's Friday night I go in there I order a Bud light draft and the bartender brings me the glass of beer and it's absolutely flat. I'm talking no head and maybe a few bubbles. So I told the bartender I'm not drinking this give me something else and he says what we have Coors light and I think Mic light. He brings me the Coors light draft and it looks exactly the same as the Bud Light draft. No head no bubbles. So I say I'm not drinking this give me back my money and I leave. My only questions are 1. why is the bartender knowningly serving 2 different obviously flat beer to me. 2. I'm wondering if they're actually not selling the same out of different taps because they both look exactly the same and what's the odds of that happening.
It would have been alot better had the server not been an ahole when I went to order a drink at the bar. I came back and then she started asking me what the drink was and I was like why does it matter. And she proceeded to tell me how good of a server whe was. If you were so good, why did I have to order drinks at the bar? Why did someone have to go to the bar to ask for utensils? Because we were a table full or chicks and I guess she didn't think she would have gotten a good tip from us. Do your thing girl.
