Baskin-robbins - New Port Richey

Very disappointeddecided to come here to try Baskin-Robins for the first time and i will not be returning to Baskin-Robins. I was charged over 6 dollars for ONE scoop of ice cream and the employee made odd comments at my friend and i and he almost broke my card he shoved it into the machine so hard. When i tried the ice cream, it was the worst ice cream i'd ever had. The flavor was so strong it was inedible, and so thick i couldn't even scoop my friend a piece on the spoon to try. Left feeling overcharged, disrespected, and couldn't even eat the ice cream i was so excited for that day. would not recommend going here.

I put in an order through Uber eats tonight and they had the driver there and it said preparing your order then out of no where was canceled because they didn't have something supposedly. When I had a big order. No call. No text. And they had ran out of everything on my order?? I doubt it. Don't order from here.

I ordered a strawberry coconut refresher ago the drink was terrible, one employee made the drink he did not stir the drink he gave it to me terrible service the general manager has only 2 people on the floor it this franchise needs to get it together

They literally told the Door Dasher they had no ice cream? But they are still showing as open, and there's people taking orders for ice cream. Make that make sense.I should have checked the reviews, then I wouldn't have been surprised.

I used to go here from time to time, but stopped going when I looked in the freezer and saw flies literally frozen right next the ice cream.
