Przekaż informację zwrotnąI loved this restaurant it was the best I still had on the 24 th I had server tanya, we have the boubon huhn, with an appetizer and only a beer, and their customer service was the best I have seen yet. they made sure that we always had what we needed and always had the greatest smile. I recommend this restaurant, especially if tanya works on this day
It seemed to have a little hurry before we got in. the server seemed a little rushed, which is in order. Once the server has captured a Lil bit, our server cori was very pleasant and outgoing. also very knowledgeable and attentive! I must mention that there was a woman who first thought she was manager because she offered us immediately to help and get drinks and do what she could do to get us at least drink. come to find out she was in the did not manager, but just another very helpful server! her name was cat and she was awesome, just like our server was! many thanks for a great dinner!
I called tonight after I gave a door-sh order. I live in nc and my mother is in florida. it is her birthday and I wanted to send a dessert as surprise after having a hard day. I asked applebee to write birthday on my moms box and they were so kind and did for me! it meant her the world and made her day so special. Thank you! could be a little gesture, but we meant a lot!
First I should say that the personal has tried. but we ordered on the 2 for $24 menu (until recently known as the 2 for $20 menu, a 20% price increase). I have a burger and pommes and my wife got a soutwest chicken bowl. we have box sticks and boneless wings for apps. it took a long time to get our food, and when it did, everything came out immediately. the chicken dish was really good. my burger wasn't the one I ordered. I told the waitress and she apologized, told me that there was a new cook and brought me the right one. she even said to take the extra home what I thought was really nice, as many picturesque restaurants don't do that. pretty much done for the mistake. the only other small problems are that the bungalow on the burger was cold, which made it disintegrate when they tried to eat it, and there were no salt and pepper shakers on the table, which I am sure a result of covid. but we couldn't get them until we were usually through the meal. bottom line: if covid is her reason to increase prices 20% something most businesses I have ever worked with can't do with what they spend? you are still understated and it shows.
Had such a amazing time with my mom at Applebee's for lunch today.Appetizer was so delicious. The creaminess of the beer cheese on the waffle fries definitely had the perfect flavor combo.The main dish (which is my go to favorite) was the Honey Pepper Chicken served on top of the four cheese mac and cheese. (Make sure to get extra honey pepper sauce on the side). Mom got the Wonton mini Tacos. They are I believe coleslaw and chicken (A little Spicy) Little tip make sure you ask them to be served on the taco rack thingy so they don't get soggy on the plate due to the juicyness of the coleslaw.And last but not least the dessert. We shared a Pecan Blondie Brownie topped with ice cream. Instead of the Maple Cream Cheese sauce we did some Carmel. Which in my opinion is better in flavor.Dylan was our waiter (Bar Side) and he was super friendly and was on top of everything. Never had to wave him down to for anything he was always coming over and checking in making sure everything was perfect.
