McDonald's NP really needs to improve their customer service. The staff is slow and rude, and they can't even get an order right because they don’t follow the basic steps of customer service. Simple things like greeting customers and repeating the order back to ensure accuracy seem to be overlooked. It's overpriced, and on top of that, you end up spending the same amount on gas just to get to the drive-thru. After a 25-minute wait, it’s frustrating.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The service was excellent, even during busy times. While I usually opt for takeout, I've dined in a few times and found the place to be very clean. The staff is also incredibly friendly, which I truly appreciate. Thank you!

Had the ride through. Extra employees who take orders with note blocks along the queue so wait less. You have converted our order into valuable meals that save us $6 on the same meal. Great stuff!

The place when we visited was clean, and orders were being processed fast. Staff there was friendly and happy.

Giving them 5 star because they helped us as they were about to close..good service..good team this..if I was a millionaire I would tip them like 1 k each..but I am poor..
