Arby's - New Philadelphia

Before leaving, make sure to check your takeout bag. There have been multiple instances where items like fries and mozzarella sticks were left out. Update #1: Fries were forgotten again on 5/5. Update #2: Ordered a French dip sandwich with curly fries, but received a chicken sandwich with a different type of fries. This will be my last visit here. Be cautious when ordering.

I ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 fries, and 3 Mac n cheeses, but everything was either messed up or cold. One of the sandwiches was completely wrong, and the other two were ice cold. The fries were only half full, and the crinkle cut fries we were charged extra for were just regular curly fries. They even tried to give us the wrong drinks, but we caught that mistake before leaving. It's disappointing that nowadays a drive-thru can't get an order right without having to double check everything before leaving.

The food at the restaurant was good, but the woman working the drive-thru was incredibly rude for no apparent reason. I have worked in fast food for years, so I know that being nice to customers is important. However, she constantly interrupted me and seemed annoyed by everything I said at the speaker. It took her at least a minute to even greet me. When I pulled up to the window, she was still rude. I asked for horsey sauce and she yelled "YES" without providing any further information. Upon checking my order, I found that there were only two horsey sauces for three sandwiches. In my experience, this was the worst drive-thru service I have ever received solely because of the poor attitude of the employee.

This arbys is Allways has some issue. Missing food, dining room closed during regular hours, give us the wrong items. When you look in it seems like the employees are at a frat party. Just a bunch of young vaping teens who dont care.

So glad I ordered a Buffalo chicken slider to get home and find a plain chicken tender with cheese on it that they made at 10am this morning. Glad they were able to get me a lemonade, with the attitude it really put them out to have to serve us.
