This restaurant is closed and should be taken by open table

This restaurant was permanently closed and found it only when we were there for our reservation.

They have closed without anyone knowing. we had reservations and found out only that they were closed when we went to the Facebook page.

The restaurant was closed, as in closed down forever. Someone should have called me to let me know my reservation would not be honored.

I booked ahead for a party of 7 on Easter Sunday. It was a total cluster. Two tables next to us weren't bussed; we sat for awhile before ever greeted; we had to ask for the menus; the server was making us pass down out our water glasses instead of coming around the table and serving properly. The acoustics upstairs were piercingly loud. Also, we came to find out someone no showed so our server was on his own. All of this aside, the restaurant ran out of food. Our admitted that he was actively looking for jobs elsewhere...so it seems that this is not a first time thing. I felt sorry for him, but in the same breath, he didn't seem to care at all or want to try to hustle and make some money, but I suppose there was no food to be served. I am in the hospitality industry in the city, and have never gotten up to leave a restaurant, until now. The space is really lovely, but I do not see this establishment lasting. Reluctantly, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.
