Subway - New Orleans

I have been waiting a month for a refund on my online order from this store. I have emailed the company directly and they said it is out of gear hands because each store is privately owned. Then I email Evan and he just says he's sorry and that he'll talk to the franchisee. I still haven't received my refund, nor have a gotten a response. The store was closed even though the hours were during their open time. No one was in the store, no food was out, and the lights were off. I will continue to write reviews and email corporate until I get my money back. I will also tell everyone not to order from this store.

You better have CORRECT CHANGE you will not get money back. They are thieves!!!! I wish I could have give them zero stars.

I work nearby and every day I try and come here between 3-6 they’re closed. I see a female in there but door is locked and open sign is off.

Worst attention ever. Not even one smile. Definitely go to another subway even though i love the sandwiches

Food was just Subway as usual but.....walked in before ordering to use the restroom and saw a sign that says restrooms for customers only so I thought no problem since we were ordering anyway. Asked the cashier to use the restroom and he gave me a coin. No problem. Once I opened that door..OH MY GOODNESS!! That restroom was the nastiest, dirtiest, restroom I have seen in a long time. I 'm talking about I would have rather used the restroom at a gas station or rest stop. That thing was disgusting. To top it off I was sooo disgusted I wanted to make sure I washed my hands and touched nothing but there was no soap or paper towels!! Yuck!!!!! If my boyfriend wouldn 't have already ordered that food we would 've been walking out end of story. I posted two pictures of the door lock and coin but didn 't want to disgust you guys with pictures of that nasty bathroom. Do yourself a favor and skip this place altogether. Back home in Florida Subway restrooms are always clean............
