Subway - New Orleans

This is truly my favorite Subway location. The staff is incredibly friendly and always prepares my sandwich just the way I like it. I leave here feeling happy and excited, not only about my sub but also about life in general. I give it a 5/5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys tasty subs and excellent customer service!

I had a very disappointing experience with an employee at this location. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional. Customers deserve respect, regardless of the situation. As a Subway franchise, it's essential that employees are trained to treat customers kindly. You can't speak to customers in any way you choose—how you treat them matters greatly. I strongly encourage management to address this issue, whether through direct feedback or additional training, so that this employee can learn how to interact with customers more appropriately.
