St James Cheese Company - New Orleans

It?s okay. Service was alright, polite. Ham and Brie sandwich was mediocre at best (as a lover of Brie cheese this particular Brie was not my favorite) and the baguette was disappointing. The indoor dinning adjacent to the shop smells like a barnyard. This is not an exaggeration. Reminds me of a veterinarian?s office. Really off putting scent when you?re trying to eat your sandwich. Anyway, it?s alright.

I've been going here since I was a kid, and it's been consistently amazing. From dining in to takeout, St. James is so reliable in service and food quality. Their Mini moo grilled cheese is by far the best grilled cheese I've ever had. Their five cheese sampler is also delicious, jam-packed with fruits and toppings to make a perfect picnic meal.

I have always loved St. James for lunch and cheese classes and basically all my cheese needs, but when they make you a wedding cake made of cheese? They are forever favorites. Thank you for the incredible cake and ease of getting everything right.

I’ve been eating here for years and I love it. I like how they have a separate eating section now that has more room. They’ll pick cheeses for your platter, but you can specify if there is a type you don’t like and they’ll find ones you’ll love

Incredible cheese shop with stellar menu. Excellent service despite being completely swamped with out the door customer line. Lovely outdoor seating, indoor also available. Try the Tin to Table for a unique starter.
