Riverboat City Of New Orleans

My wife and I had a fantastic experience. The music was incredible, and the city views were breathtaking. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you are in New Orleans.

I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant! Despite being worried about COVID-19, the friendly staff made us feel comfortable and welcome. The food was delicious and the drinks were plentiful. It was a beautiful sight to see the city lights as we dined. Overall, it was a fantastic date night and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

What a wonderful evening! We purchased the cruise, dinner and the drink package to celebrate a birthday. After dinner we went to the open air deck, listened to the jazz band and had view of the New Orleans skyline! The only thing I would do differently, is to have been on the outside deck at 7pm (when the boat left) to get a good photo of the church and square.

My wife and I were extremely disappointed with our experience at Riverboat. Despite passing on many great restaurants listed on OpenTable, we ultimately chose Riverboat. Unfortunately, the food was terrible. It seemed as though it had been prepared hours in advance, warmed in a microwave, and served to us. The quality of the food did not match the high price we paid for it. After factoring in parking and tipping our waitress, we spent around $150 on a meal that was only worth about $20. This was meant to be a special night for my wife, but it turned out to be a let down. I would like to speak to someone from Riverboat regarding our disappointing experience.
