Redux - New Orleans

We met bar redux for our first no culinary experience because they were vegan and not vegan options and were open late. they are a dipping in by water with a small kitchen. I welcome the statements made by the other reviewer. the owner, the bartender, was very over vegan options and helped me to order. the owner, janya, was determined to make my vegan veggie cheese steak the best she could and it was great. she was very concerned with the preparation of our food. the bread, the sweet, simple, but very tasty. their fries are amazing, they are hand cut! after we janya the locals gathered at the bar and gave us a list of restaurants with vegan options in nola. her hospitality was top notch. it is recommended to stop here, even if only one beer is to have and hang up. I did not have 5 stars because there were not many vegan options. would have loved a tofu!

Kitchen is open to 1 watch, the couple that own it is excessively accommodating, their son is the smart barkeeper and last time I was in we had a 20 min talk about what was good in the kitchen and how it should/would be prepared all by janya (owner/cure order cook it was decided to make our experience something to write home. very sweet. there could not be 5 stars because not 100% vegetarian, but if in bywater in the night a drink and vegan nosh. head over bar redux on polen!

That's just the sweetest and friendly bar. they make a really very good margarita, or three or four. they are chatting, friendly and could almost keep you (not.) it is a great place to cool with trees and night air and ingenious folk. highly recommended

The wings are amazing! prepared for their taste. super delicious. big pieces. seating in the interior/outside area. comfortable neighboring hanging. often varied events in the backyard area. from music to burlesque. literature readings to private parties. always a great mood created by the fantastic owners. a friendly place with a great personal reflect the many cool regulars.

My favorite place! family in possession. wonderful staff. delicious food, cocktails, popups with local artists, film evenings and events in the backyard. one of the best places in the city
