Mcdonald's - New Orleans

I had a terrible experience at this McDonald's. Every item in my order was incorrect, including my drink. To make matters worse, the management had a really bad attitude.

I asked for no ketchup, I do not eat ketchup. But instead of honori my request, they added EXTRA Ketchup instead and I was very displeased! By the time is opened it we were already back on the road and we had a pending appointment so I couldn't return it, I was stuck with either a ketchup covered, disgusting mess or nothing at all! It really is a good thing when the staff pays attention to the orders they're taking, maybe then they'd actually get something right!

These restaurants always go up in price but keep cutting back on the food this is a disgrace of a fast food place

The quality control here is nonexistent. I received a fully loaded burger when I only ordered mayo and cheese, without the bacon I asked for. My drink turned out to be carbonated water. It's clear that the manager of this establishment doesn’t care about customer satisfaction.

You truly uncovered something great! The quality of the products was impressive, and the service was both quick and friendly. They even had ice cream! I believe this experience should be the standard. I think they are capable and should strive to maintain this level of service. Overall, I was very happy!
