Italian Barrel - New Orleans

Nice atmosphere. Didn't make reservations so we had to sit at the bar. Rhonda, the bartender was very attentive and friendly. Eating space was a bit cramped due to all the things on the bar. Wife had the meatballs and spaghetti, asked for more sauce.. I had the chicken Antony, used a lot of her sauce to give it a bit more flavor.

One of our favorite restaurants in all of NOLA. We make sure to come by every time we are in town. Food was great but it took a while for it to come out. Might have been cause the manager was more concerned with her cocktail or our waitress taking random shots every time she grabbed something from the bar.

THIS RESTAURANT IS MY FAV THING ABOUT NEW ORLEANS. My fiancé and I always go here literally every single night when we are in NOLA. I think about it very often when I’m away. Craving the penne alla vodka as I type this review.

We had a fantastic experience on our last night in New Orleans! The restaurant offers classic and authentic Italian cuisine with generous portion sizes. Demi provided fabulous, friendly, and efficient service. There was also a great selection of Italian wines. The chicken parmesan was delicious, and the blood orange sorbet served as the perfect palate cleanser. A local New Orleans resident recommended this place to us, and it definitely lived up to the hype!

This is the best Italian food I've had in a long time, and I'm surprised to find it in New Orleans! The charcuterie board was absolutely delicious. Tanya and the staff were fantastic, providing great recommendations, and the food was incredibly tasty.
