Hoshun - New Orleans

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner here, and it was completely non-traditional! We were in town and were delighted to find that they were open. We sampled a variety of dishes, but my favorites were the Hot Sour Soup, Playboy Roll, and Crunchy Ginger Shrimp. Everything was delicious, but these stood out as the highlights of the meal. I would definitely return! Thank you for being open on a holiday!

This was my first visit to New Orleans, and we chose to eat here. This place is fantastic! The service was exceptional. The salmon steak was one of the best I've ever tasted, and the rainbow roll was absolutely incredible!

We were in search of a late-night dining option and stumbled upon this little gem. However, we were a bit bewildered when they began closing up at midnight, despite their website stating they were open until 2 AM and Google Maps indicating 1 AM. Aside from that confusion, I found the food to be fantastic! I particularly enjoyed the spicy tuna salad, and the fried rice was excellent as well. The quality and portion sizes were great, and the staff was very friendly. One thing to keep in mind before dining here is the location; I wouldn’t wander too far from the restaurant as the area can feel a bit unsafe. Stay cautious!

I came for the sushi and ended up staying for the sake. The food is incredible—fresh and served promptly. The service is top-notch; the staff is incredibly attentive, and my glass was never empty.
