Hank's - New Orleans

I had the fish plate, which came with green peas and potato salad. The fish was cooked perfectly, reminiscent of the traditional meals my grandmother used to make, featuring a classic breading style. It truly felt like a nostalgic, old-school dish.

Hank’s is a fantastic and inviting restaurant that specializes in Southern comfort food and has a bar. The seafood potatoes are delicious and quite filling. I also tried the fried fish plate, which came with mac and cheese, a fresh mixed greens salad (not the typical boring iceberg), and well-seasoned green beans. Everything tasted just like home-cooked meals from Louisiana. The only drawback was the $1.00 convenience fee for using a debit or credit card, which should be disclosed up front rather than after the meal. Despite this, I highly recommend Hank’s and will definitely return.

This might be the best fried chicken I've ever had. I've tried food from many different places, and if you're looking for delicious dishes packed with flavor and made with care, this is the spot for you. Thank you for serving such amazing food with love!

That was an incredible experience. it is a local bar that is always fun, but it was eating and the service were both exceptional as well. the steak and salmon were perfectly cooked and served after the other with a tasty side. we asked for a drink-specificity, and they had one that the owner had created, but it had no name. it was made with jameson whiskey and was light and smooth, and perfect on this hot day. the staff and the owner stopped by to see that everything was going well. we had a great meal at hank.

This place was amazing! My husband and I wanted to experience authentic New Orleans food. Everyone was nice and it felt like home. Comfortable and relaxed! The food was so good!! I recommended going here, and no matter what the daily menu.... I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
